Arkieva is recognized as a Leader in the third Gartner Magic Quadrant for Sales and Operations Planning System of Differentiation.
WILMINGTON, Del. - May 14, 2019 - illiNews -- Arkieva, a global leader in Integrated Planning and Scheduling software tools for manufacturing companies, today announced that Gartner, Inc. has positioned Arkieva as a "Leader" in its 2019 Magic Quadrant for Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) System of Differentiation (SOD)1. This is the third time that Arkieva has been positioned on the Gartner S&OP SOD Magic Quadrant. The Gartner Magic Quadrant for S&OP SOD is one of the two Gartner supply chain magic quadrants.
The Gartner Magic Quadrant evaluation is based on completeness of vision and ability to execute. Gartner defines an S&OP SOD is a software solution that helps to enable a Stage 4 (or possibly higher) maturity S&OP process.
The report evaluated different software vendors on 13 key capabilities and placed Arkieva in the Leaders quadrant.

The Gartner supply chain study discusses the need for more planning digitalization. According to Gartner, "End users are increasingly thinking about the digitalization of their planning — including S&OP… Some vendors are responding better and faster to these emerging requirements than others. The emergence of the digital supply chain twin is a prime example."
