Known in the industry as "occupancy doctors," she and Kelly have a track record of driving double-digit net growth within the first 60 days—proving their ability to quickly diagnose challenges and deliver results where it matters most.

Kelly, who has held sales and marketing leadership roles at Senior Lifestyle, StoneMor, and Anthology, is known for her transparency, team development skills, and measurable results. At a national senior living provider, she overhauled the sales organization to reach 102% of the projected revenue on a $220M budget. She also rolled out an external business development program that added an additional $4 million in quarterly revenue, with no increase in marketing spend while decreasing non-essential expenses by $2.2M.
