After decades of pioneering legal representation for the tax-exempt sector, Howe & Hutton, Ltd. officially closes its doors, with its founder, Jonathan T. Howe, transitioning to Association Law Group LLC.

In conjunction with the firm's closure, recognized industry pioneer Jonathan T. Howe has transitioned his legal practice to Association Law Group LLC, joining the firm in the role of Of Counsel.
To ensure uninterrupted service and seamless continuity of representation for the sector, Association Law Group LLC now handles all legal negotiations and ongoing client matters for the organizations transitioning their files from Howe & Hutton.
