New company will help business leaders learn from one another more effectively and develop higher performing teams in the workplace

CARLSBAD, Calif. - illiNews -- After a decade of research, two books, and the successful completion of more than 100 peer group self-assessment workshops for business leaders in North America and Europe, Leo Bottary has announced the launch of Peernovation, LLC.
