Proximity ideal locale for global corridors in and out of U.S.

CHICAGO - illiNews -- In a recent development during a meeting by the Board of Directors for Northeast Airlines, system plans were formally adopted to anchor the launch for Northeast Yellow Cargo at the Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport, in Birmingham, AL. These plans would require formal ratification with the Airport Authority, but internally they are being developed for our future guidance and development of the company.

We chose this position primarily for its size and proximity to shorten stage lengths for international shipments arriving and departing from KBHM, and for quicker access to routes transiting into and from Europe and Latin/South American corridors. Essentially it would be a win-win for both the city, the state, and for Northeast as a hole going forward...It would just make good business sense to sort this plan out and bring it all to fruition.

Our system moving forward is being developed for the Boeing 767-300 Freighter, and when needed, the Boeing 777-300ERF when the longer legs require that platform. Our principle markets will comprise of automotive, pharmaceuticals, and produce for matters of goods that would require needed expediency in shipment and transit times. We feel confident that those motives can be meet by anchoring our activity within the foot print of Birmingham-Shuttlesworth.
