Expansion gives partners one trusted provider across vending, craft coffee and pantry
NORTHBROOK, Ill. - illiNews -- OnDemand, a modern amenity platform providing smart vending, craft coffee, pantry and unattended retail, today announced the launch of OnDemand Craft Coffee & Pantry.
The expansion grew directly from the same approach that has driven OnDemand's vending business: listening to partners, curating better products and designing programs around each individual location instead of forcing clients into a one size fits all model.
"As we grow OnDemand, one thing has become clear. People want more from partners they trust and enjoy working with," said Brian Levin, CEO and Co Founder of OnDemand. "Expanding into craft coffee and pantry was the natural next step."
OnDemand's team and board bring deep experience with national coffee programs and relationships with leading craft roasters, giving partners access to better coffee, more choice and smarter economics.

That experience has also given the company a firsthand look at a problem across traditional coffee programs. Many companies and properties are paying significantly more than they should for mediocre coffee, excess inventory and programs that are not designed around actual usage.
"Too often, the program is built around what works for the vendor rather than what works for the partner," Levin said. "We think it should be the other way around. The location, the people being served and the way the program is actually used should drive the program."
OnDemand Craft Coffee & Pantry offers premium craft coffee, commercial grade bean to cup equipment, flexible program models and curated pantry offerings. Coffee programs can be structured as Subsidized, Shared Cost or Pay Per Cup, while pantry assortments are continuously adjusted based on requests, preferences and product performance.

The expansion gives existing and new OnDemand partners one trusted partner for vending, coffee and pantry, with each service built around the individual location rather than a predetermined vendor program.
"If you are paying too much for mediocre coffee, reach out," Levin said. "We are confident we can do it better and more cost effectively."
