Award-winning watercolorist to show her works at Chicago area's most prestigious art show
CHICAGO - illiNews -- The One Of A Kind Holiday Show at the Merchandise Mart, one of the most prestigious, exclusive, and largest art shows in the Chicagoland area, has selected artist Anne Nordhaus-Bike from the Clearing community on the Southwest Side of Chicago to have an entire booth of her watercolors on display.
The public is invited.
This premier holiday shopping and art event will bring together more than 600 exceptional artists, makers, and designers—and thousands of visitors interested in art—Thursday, Dec. 3, through Sunday, Dec. 6, 2026 at the Merchandise Mart, 222 Merchandise Mart Plaza, 7th Floor, Chicago, IL 60654.
Show hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3; Friday, Dec. 4; and Saturday, Dec. 5; and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 6. Tickets go on sale Thursday, Oct. 15, and a portion of the proceeds supports Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. Tickets are good for the entire run of the show, so ticket holders will be able to return for as many days as they wish.
Nordhaus-Bike will show a selection of her framed watercolor paintings in Booth 1018.

Now in its 25th year, the One Of A Kind Show is a premier holiday shopping destination. It features paintings, photography, and sculpture as well as clothing and accessories, bath and body lotions, kids' gifts, leather goods, ceramics, furniture, glass items, holiday items, pets' gifts, jewelry, wooden items, food items, and more.
Award-winning artist Nordhaus-Bike paints colorful, joyful watercolors inspired by nature. She also makes mixed media art. Her art has appeared in numerous solo and group shows at art galleries, museums, and universities as well as many arts programs, presentations, and performances. Nordhaus-Bike's work has been published in periodicals and books; covered in numerous print and online publications; and featured in broadcast media on television, in feature films, and in podcasts.
She is a member of the prestigious Woman Made Gallery in Chicago and the Elmhurst Artists' Guild Art Gallery in Elmhurst, IL.
