Prior to joining Paladin Management, Wissink led CohnReznick's Performance Improvement practice and was a Founder and Partner at Navint Partners. In these roles, he advised high-growth and middle-market companies on enterprise strategy and operational efficiency. Additionally, Wissink has held various C-level and interim leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO).
