EAGAN, Minn. - illiNews -- Skyline Exhibits, a leader in custom modular trade show exhibit design and manufacturing, and ZenSpace, a pioneer in flexible workspace solutions, announced a partnership to offer soundproof private meeting pods for use in Skyline exhibits. This collaboration addresses the demand for private meeting spaces within busy trade show environments.
The partnership introduces Skyline's Private Meeting Pods, created and powered by ZenSpace technology. These soundproof retreats reduce ambient noise by up to 30 decibels. The ventilated pods feature built-in 32-inch monitors with HDMI compatibility, USB and standard power outlets, and LED lighting—all within a structure that comfortably seats four people.
"Our clients seek dedicated spaces for conversations amid the noise of trade show floors," said Wendy Gibson, CMO at Skyline. "This partnership provides a turnkey solution that helps our clients be more productive while maintaining the professional presence they need."
Enhancing Trade Show Productivity
The pods arrive assembled with casters and feature exterior panels that can be customized with graphics to complement existing booth aesthetics. Measuring 84.5"W x 47"D x 77"H, the pods create an environment ideal for client meetings and team discussions. The pods are compatible with exhibits 10' by 20' and larger, providing another tool to enhance Skyline's custom modular exhibits.

By combining our expertise in creating productive environments with Skyline's understanding of exhibit design, we're delivering a solution that helps exhibitors facilitate engagement that drives business results."
Skyline designers tailor the overall booth layout, incorporating the meeting pods as central elements that enhance functionality, engagement, and brand presence. This design-forward approach ensures exhibitors maximize their trade show investment and create spaces that reflect their unique goals.
