In addition to Brent's appointment, Randall Forguson has taken on the role of Origination Associate for AGM in the St. Louis office. With four years of experience in information systems and virtual infrastructure in San Francisco, Randall brings technical expertise along with a strong customer focus to his new role. He also has three years of direct client experience in originations at a national commercial real estate finance company, making him a valuable asset to the AGM team.
Myles Perkins, President and Owner of AGM, expressed his excitement about these new hires: "We're thrilled to welcome Brent and Randy to AGM. As a boutique firm that prides itself on personalized attention, their localized experience will further enhance the high-touch services we provide our developer clients." Myles also mentioned that with this growth comes new opportunities for innovative solutions for construction loans.
These strategic hires demonstrate AGM's commitment to growth and excellence despite facing challenges in commercial construction this year. Myles is confident that by meeting diverse client needs across the nation, he is positioning the company for continued success in 2025.
