First Time Event: Pie Give-away at Thanksgiving to Benefit the Warming Station at Ministerial Association Temporary Shelter (M.A.T.S.)
MORRISTOWN, Tenn. - illiNews -- Amy Shrader with RE/MAX Real Estate Ten and Kim Swann with Mortgage Investors Group are excited to announce The Great Pie Give-Away to benefit the Warming Station at M.A.T.S. This event will happen on November 26th from 4 to 7 PM. Attendees will receive a free pie, just in time for Thanksgiving! In exchange, they are asked to bring a donation of Hot Hands, a sleeping bag, or a heavy blanket to donated to the Warming Station at the Ministerial Association Temporary Shelter (MATS). The Great Pie Give-Away will be held the Mortgage Investors Group office, located at 2412 W Andrew Johnson Hwy, Ste F in Morristown.
During the cold winter months when temperatures drop below 32 degrees, M.A.T.S. opens the Warming Station. Located in the basement of their building at 733 W Main Street, the Warming Station offers a hot meal, a blanket and place for homeless individuals to spend the night out of the frigid temperatures.

The Ministerial Association Temporary Shelter (MATS) is a compassionate shelter which provides a full program and meets the needs of families and individuals regardless of race, culture, gender, religion, or age.
The Great Pie Give-Away is limited to the first 250 people. Shrader has set up a Facebook event for people to RSVP and print their ticket to receive a free pie.
