Sunset Bay Marina is a premier Chicago marina located along the Calumet River, granting boaters easy access to Lake Michigan. The acquisition included 12.5 acres of prime waterfront property, a 50,000 square-foot storage facility, and over 300 feet of newly installed sea wall and docks.
