~ Naperville Police Chief Jason Arres is extending an invitation to the community to join him and his senior staff for a casual chat over coffee on National Coffee with A Cop Day, which falls on Wednesday, Oct. 2 this year. The event will take place from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Starbucks located at 1532 Aurora Ave., Naperville.
This gathering is part of the Naperville Police Department's ongoing "Chat with the Chief" series, aimed at fostering open communication and building relationships between law enforcement and citizens. Chief Arres expressed his enthusiasm for holding this event on National Coffee with A Cop Day, stating that it aligns perfectly with the purpose of the initiative.

"We are excited to have this opportunity to bring together police and community members to discuss important issues and get to know each other better," said Chief Arres. "We are grateful to Starbucks for hosting us and providing complimentary drip coffee for our guests. I am looking forward to engaging in conversations about any topics that are on people's minds, whether it's related to their neighborhoods, safety concerns, police procedures, or anything else."
