In 2011, current President, Charlie Saffro founded CS Recruiting as a third-party recruiting service for companies in the Transportation and Logistics space. With three young children at home, Charlie started taking on independent searches as one-woman show with no plans of growing a scalable business. As one opportunity led to another, Charlie organically built the CS Recruiting brand and grew the business through her massive LinkedIn network and referrals from both candidates and clients she represented.

Over the last decade, CS Recruiting has grown their team and expanded their service offering while building a national brand working with Manufacturers and Distributors, Third Party Logistics (3PL) companies, Asset transportation and warehouse service providers, and companies that sell transportation equipment, technology platforms and consultative solutions within the industry. CS Recruiting prides themselves on providing both clients and candidates with a high-quality recruiting service and maintains a positive reputation and recognition as an industry leader.
