CHICAGO - illiNews -- The Salaam Community Wellness Center in collaboration with Anthro Spa Logic, LLC proudly presents the "Spring Forth" Women's Health & Wellness Retreat—a day dedicated to empowering women to prioritize their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being in a welcoming, community-focused environment. The event will take place February 22, 2025, 12pm-4pm at Salaam Community Wellness Center.

About the Retreat

The "Spring Forth" Women's Health & Wellness Retreat is designed to bring women together to explore holistic approaches to self-care. Attendees will have an opportunity to learn wellness strategies, connect, and access resources that support healthier living.

This event will feature engaging sessions and workshops such as a "Boost Your Wellness & Clean Beauty Tutorial" facilitated by Dr. Tramayne Butler DeLong, PhD a cultural anthropologist and Mayo Clinic Certified Wellness Coach is founder and CEO of AnthroSpa Logic, a holistic health and wellness lifestyle brand that includes a science-based, clean beauty line of 100% natural skincare that combines beauty secrets from six continents.

The event will also feature "Meditation & Healing Sessions" offered by an experienced metaphysical practitioner whose guided meditations help manage stress, improve mental clarity, and bolster resilience.
