PITTSBURGH, April 12, 2024 ~ Chicago inventor creates new commode for children's safety and comfort
Chicago, Ill. - An inventor from Chicago has recently unveiled a new patent-pending invention that aims to provide added assistance for young children when using the toilet. The STEP COMMODE, as it is called, was designed to help small children safely access the seat and sit comfortably at a height that is typically designed for adults.
The inventor, who wishes to remain anonymous, shared that the idea for the STEP COMMODE came from wanting to create a solution for young children who struggle with using traditional toilets. "I wanted to create a new commode to help small children gain safe access to the seat and to sit comfortably at a height that is designed for adults," said the inventor.

The design of the STEP COMMODE ensures that the legs and feet are properly supported, preventing them from dangling in an uncomfortable manner. It also encourages a healthy squat position for adults. This ergonomic design makes it easy to use and suitable for families with young children, as well as adults, elderly individuals, and those with disabilities.
The original design was submitted to InventHelp's Chicago sales office and is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers. The invention can also be produced in various design variations.
For more information on this innovative invention, interested parties can write to Dept. 22-CLR-223 at InventHelp's headquarters in Pittsburgh or call (412) 288-1300 ext. 1368.
