Jeremy's deep international experience and profound understanding of global business needs will be a welcome addition to the Board. "Jeremy's passion for international business is unmatched. He truly understands how companies can best assess and overcome global challenges and brings remarkable insights to our Board regarding risk assessment, market research and strategic forecasting," noted Kirk Samson, CEO of Samson Atlantic during the announcement.
Jeremy is Vice President Human Resources for Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS). HPS delivers $5.5B in revenue and has nearly 16,000 employees worldwide. In this role, Jeremy is responsible for leading 100+ human resources leaders across 6 businesses and 38 global manufacturing facilities with a focus on building high-performing teams, creating and implementing effective talent strategies, identifying and developing future leaders, and delivering sustainable improvements in organizational performance. He joined Honeywell in June 2019.

Jeremy most recently served as Group Vice President, Human Resources for Hydraulics at Eaton Corporation. His other previous experience includes VP, HR for Latin America at Ecolab, Head of Human Resources for Australia/New Zealand and Far East Asia at FIAT Industrial, and various other HR and Operations Management roles for Kohler Company and Kimberly-Clark Corporation.
20 years ago, Jeremy was an aspiring architect, beginning graduate school specializing in sustainable cohousing design and urban planning. As a child, he was an organizer and developer of people and process. This love of organizing and developing others translated into success as a Community Economic Development Specialist in the United States Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic and ultimately led to a career in global Human Resources.
Jeremy holds a Global MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, a bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Minnesota, and a certificate in Spanish from Centro Panamericano de Idiomas in Costa Rica. He is also a certified Executive Coach. Jeremy, originally from Wisconsin, and his wife Andrea Esmeralda, originally from the Dominican Republic, are currently raising their three children in Houston, Texas. An internationalist, Jeremy has lived and studied abroad in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, China, Chile, and Costa Rica; he worked and lived professionally abroad in France, Australia, and the Dominican Republic.
