TUSTIN, Calif., Sept. 18, 2024 ~ As a leading provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, SYSPRO has announced the North American dates for their highly anticipated 2024 Global SYSPRO SPARK Roadshow. The event will take place in three major cities - Chicago, San Diego, and Toronto - in October.
The roadshow will consist of a day-long event in each city, where customers from around the world will gather to gain practical advice on incorporating generative AI with ERP. The event will also feature panel discussions where customers can share their experiences and best practices, as well as a sneak peek into what's next for SYSPRO ERP.
Keynote speakers at the roadshow events include Marc Beauchamp, President of SCI Global in Toronto. Beauchamp will explore the various government incentives available to Canadian manufacturing businesses and provide strategies for leveraging these opportunities to expand operations, invest in innovation, and enhance their workforce.
John McDonald, Head of Strategy & Initiatives at Tulsa Innovation Labs, will also be speaking at the events in Chicago and San Diego. McDonald will share practical insights on how manufacturers can use generative AI to gain a competitive edge in their everyday operations. This session will also include a peer-to-peer workshop for hands-on experience and collaborative learning opportunities.

In addition to these keynote speakers, each city's event will feature customer speakers who have successfully implemented SYSPRO ERP into their businesses. In Toronto on October 1st at the Angus Glen Golf Club, attendees can hear from Kevin Ernst, COO of Oakville Stamping and Bending; Louie Plastina, VP and CFO of Firefly Books Ltd.; and John Fleming, VP of Systems at Chapman's.
On October 3rd at the Chicago Athletic Association Hotel in Chicago, Kevin Kidd, Director of Software & Analytics at RFK Racing will speak. And on October 15th at the San Diego Mission Bay Resort in San Diego, Bryan Bear, VP of Finance at Taylor Guitars; Cobus Conradie, Chief Business Officer at TrafFix Devices; and Grant Gasson, VP of Information Technology at Café Valley will share their experiences.
The roadshow will also feature SYSPRO subject matter experts, including Chief Innovation Officer Kevin Dherman and Senior Vice President of Professional Services Gavin Verreyne. They will showcase how AI has been seamlessly integrated into SYSPRO ERP and provide a preview of upcoming new capabilities. Attendees can also expect deep dives into SYSPRO solutions for mid-market manufacturers and distributors.
