LOS ANGELES - illiNews -- Black Dog Venture Partners and M Accelerator announced a strategic partnership to help early-stage startups develop more effectively. The two companies are teaming up to offer high-value training sessions to international and local businesses in the fast-growing Los Angeles startup ecosystem.
