Dubose, whose official title is GenNx360 Capital Partners Operating Partner & B2B Industrial Packaging CEO, has an outstanding track record of driving value creation across GenNx360 Capital Partners' portfolio companies by enhancing their commercial strategies, expanding market presence, optimizing customer engagement and strengthening revenue streams.

With a distinguished career in global leadership roles spanning over two decades, Dubose has a wealth of experience driving revenue growth, perfecting the customer experience, and leading business transformations across an impressive range of industries.

Previously, Dubose served as President of the Corporate Account Customer Group at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc. where he led all national and global healthcare agreements across various sectors, including Acute Care GPOs, Labs and Physician Office Labs in the U.S. and Europe. His tenure at Thermo Fisher also included serving as President of the Fisher Healthcare Division, another multi-billion-dollar business, overseeing substantial revenue growth and operational efficiencies.

Dubose also held key leadership positions at W.W. Grainger, including Vice President of International and Cross-Border Sales and Vice President of National Account Sales in the U.S. In these roles, he spearheaded global expansion efforts and developed high-performing sales teams that delivered unprecedented revenue growth.

In addition, Dubose held leadership roles at Staples Inc., Corporate Express, serving as Divisional President and Group Vice President driving business development and operational excellence.

Dubose has served on numerous boards and was previously appointed to the board of trustees at Florida A&M University and Chairman of the Board of the Healthcare Industry Distribution Association (HIDA). He currently serves as Chairman of the Board for the Kappa Alpha Psi Foundation, and is on the Board of Directors for Watts Water Technology, Inc, The Executive Leadership Council and Atlanta Boy Scouts. Dubose earned a B.S. in Music and Business from the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, Tallahassee, Fla.
