CHICAGO - illiNews -- Buildout, the leading AI-powered, end-to-end commercial real estate platform, today announced a new syndication partnership with Apex Commercial Exchange® (ACE), a modern, broker-focused commercial real estate marketplace. The partnership gives brokers a new distribution option for select listings while ensuring inquiries generated on ACE flow directly back into Buildout's Showcase platform.
ACE is available in Buildout as a user-registration syndication partner. Brokers are opted out by default and can choose to enable ACE directly from their Showcase profile settings by logging in or creating an ACE account. Once connected, brokers can syndicate eligible listings to ACE while maintaining full control over when and how the channel is used.
"Brokers don't need more disconnected tools. They need distribution that works as part of a larger workflow," said Buildout's VP of Enterprise Growth Taylor Clausen, who oversees strategic partnerships. "ACE's partnership is a great example of how syndication should work in 2026: brokers opt in when it fits the deal, listings go out through a trusted marketplace, and leads come back into Showcase where brokers already manage their pipeline."

Through the integration, inquiries generated on ACE are returned directly to Buildout, allowing brokers and marketing teams to capture demand, respond quickly, and track activity without leaving the platform. The result is greater exposure without sacrificing visibility, control, or data integrity.
"ACE was built to modernize how commercial real estate transactions are brought to market, with brokers at the center," said the ACE Founder & CEO Kevin Lipson. "Partnering with Buildout strengthens our AI-powered, data-driven marketing ecosystem—expanding marketing reach, increasing qualified buyer visibility, and giving brokers the tools to close more deals."
The partnership reflects Buildout's broader strategy to prevent AI and automation fragmentation by connecting marketing, syndication, lead capture, and deal workflows in one platform. As brokerages prepare for 2026, Buildout continues to expand its syndication network with partners that prioritize transparency, broker control, and operational efficiency.
