Bunzl Retail Services Hosts Chicago RDI Event

CHICAGO - illiNews -- Bunzl Retail Services hosted a Retail Design Institute (RDI) event with other industry leaders on October 19, 2023.

Head of Visual Merchandising, Physical Retail at Wayfair, Barclay Resler spoke to the Chicago RDI Chapter about the journey from online to brick-and-mortar stores. Wayfair has recently entered the physical store space with its first All Modern and Joss & Main stores in 2022 and continues to expand.

Resler spoke about building and executing a visual program that supports the brand's expansion into physical retail.

In speaking about the development process, Resler shared, "It has been incredible to see the excitement across the organization as they've seen the physical manifestation of the Wayfair brand from concepts to mockups in our lab space and now construction."
