The new facility represents a major milestone for the dealership and the city.
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. - illiNews -- — Isringhausen Imports proudly announces the opening of its new Porsche Center in downtown Springfield, marking a significant investment in the future of the brand and the community it has served for more than four decades.
Built to Porsche's latest Generation 5 design standard, the new facility is among the first in the nation to showcase the brand's newest architectural vision. Its debut brings a modern, purpose‑built home for Porsche to the heart of Springfield — and sets a new benchmark for premium automotive design in the region.
Located at the corner of N. 2nd and E. Madison, the 21,000‑square‑foot Porsche Center features a panoramic glass showroom anchored by a 180‑inch LED video wall, an expanded 10‑bay service department engineered for faster and more efficient Porsche care, and an elevated hospitality environment designed to deliver a more seamless, personal, and engaging ownership experience.

"This new Porsche Center allows us to serve our customers better than ever before," said Geoff Isringhausen, Dealer Principal, Isringhausen Imports. "Every detail — from the layout to the technology to the customer spaces — has been designed to make the Porsche experience more comfortable, more convenient, and more exciting."
The new building represents a significant eight‑figure investment in downtown Springfield, underscoring Isringhausen's long‑standing confidence in the city's core. As the region's first Porsche Center built to the newest architectural standard, the facility brings world‑class design and innovation to a district that continues to evolve and grow alongside major destinations such as the Abraham Lincoln historic sites and the expanding medical district. It is expected to attract car enthusiasts from across Illinois and the Midwest.
A grand opening celebration is scheduled for the evening of Thursday, Feb. 26. John Cappella, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Porsche Cars North America (PCNA), will attend to help mark the occasion, joining more than 200 guests for an evening that includes remarks from Porsche leadership and a ceremonial recognition of the new Center.
