CHICAGO, Aug. 11, 2025 ~ Chicago, IL- Luxury Living Co-founder and CEO, Amy Galvin, has been named Woman of the Year – Multifamily at the prestigious REjournals' Illinois Real Estate Awards. This award recognizes Galvin's exceptional leadership, mentorship, and transformative impact on the multifamily real estate industry in Chicago.
Galvin's selection for this honor is a testament to her achievements in 2024. Under her leadership, Luxury Living successfully leased five multifamily properties in Chicago. Four of these developments reached an impressive 95% occupancy rate, while the fifth achieved 75% by the end of 2024.
