A search warrant was executed at Palacios' residence, located on the 600 block of Kingsbrooke Crossing in Bolingbrook. During the search, electronic devices were seized which allegedly contained videos and photographs of multiple victims. These recordings were taken between January and March of 2025.
Palacios has been charged with one count for each identified victim, making it a total of 11 Class 4 felony charges. He turned himself into police on August 24th and was then transported to Will County Jail.
The Naperville Police would like to remind both the public and news media that these charges are merely accusations and that Palacios is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
