The Top 10 internship program is designed for junior and senior college students to learn about themselves, the world of business and the profound impact of helping young individuals plan for their financial security. Northwestern Mutual-Chicago's Career Development Program is designed for recent graduates that enable young professionals to grow their skills, gain knowledge and expertise to serve as the foundation of a career as a financial representative through extensive training, coaching and mentoring.

Roti joined Northwestern Mutual – Chicago as a Campus Recruiting Intern in 2014. She was named Internship Coordinator in 2015. Upon graduation from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2016, she joined the team full time as a Campus Recruiter.
