CHICAGO - illiNews -- The ABOI/ID Board of Directors is comprised of seven members, each of whom serves a rotating seven-year term. This means that, each year, after the Past President retires from the Board a new Director is selected and the existing members advance to the next level of service. On December 31, 2020, Dr. Jaime Lozada, will vacate his seat. Dr. Lozada's departure makes a new position available on the 2021 ABOI/ID Board of Directors.

As it is empowered to do by the ABOI/ID By-laws, the 2020 Board of Directors has nominated Dr. Alvaro Gracia from Providence RI where he has a private practice.  Dr. Alvaro graduated from Javeriana University, Bogota, Colombia in 1988. He received his Doctorate of Medicine in 1994 coupled with his degree in Prosthodontics from Boston University, Goldman School of Medicine.
