MIAMI - illiNews -- Calvetta Phair, CEO of America's Workforce Solution (AWS) LLC, is a unique boutique HR company providing services for DoD Prime Contractors, public and private companies. Under AWS, Ms. Phair has launched ReferAll - a new staffing tool under app development and currently piloting the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in the United States to small and large businesses. AWS and ReferAll partner with The On It Foundation to provide Community STEM Events and Corporate Employee Engagement programs.

The SBA Emerging Leaders is aimed at executives of small businesses poised for growth in under-served markets.

The program offers free entrepreneurship, education and training for potential job creators, including nearly 100 hours of classroom time. Participants also get the opportunity to work with a network of experienced coaches and mentors, attend specialized workshops and develop connections with peers, city leaders and the financial community. As a result, Emerging Leaders help build sustainable businesses that promote economic development within their communities.
