CHICAGO - illiNews -- Why I Am Asking Witnesses to Come Forward Now

I have investigated winged humanoid and Mothman-type reports for many years. My own encounter in Pennsylvania in 1988 was one of the defining experiences that set me on this path. Since then, I have collected, examined, and reported hundreds of eyewitness accounts involving cryptids, humanoids, UFO-related beings, and other anomalous phenomena.

But the Chicago / Chicagoland winged humanoid wave remains one of the most important modern case clusters I have ever investigated.

The upcoming production is not simply looking for sensational stories. The goal is to document the phenomenon in a serious, respectful, and historically grounded way.

That means we need witnesses.

We need people who saw something and have carried it quietly for years. We need people who reported their encounter once and were never contacted again. We need people who dismissed what they saw because it sounded impossible. We need people who have told only a spouse, a friend, a co-worker, or a family member. We need people who may have seen something recently and do not know where to turn.
