(NYSE:ELS) (referred to herein as "we," "us," and "our") declared a third quarter 2022 dividend of $0.41 per common share, representing, on an annualized basis, a dividend of $1.64 per common share. The dividend will be paid on October 14, 2022 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2022.
