CHICAGO, May 22, 2024 ~ Envoy Global, a leading technology company in global immigration and workforce mobility, has recently announced the addition of two new members to its executive leadership team. Kimberly Simonton has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), while Florent Frapolli will serve as the President of Global Visas & Consular Services. These new additions are expected to strengthen Envoy Global's global expansion efforts and enhance its service offerings.
Simonton brings with her over 30 years of experience in global finance and operations. She has previously worked for both publicly held and private equity portfolio companies, gaining valuable experience in various industries such as manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and technology. Prior to joining Envoy Global, Simonton served as the CFO for Intelligent Medical Objects where she oversaw accounting, legal, finance, IT and security operations. She also successfully led the company through a sale in 2022 from ownership by Warburg Pincus to Thomas H. Lee Partners. Simonton has also held leadership roles at other publicly held healthcare companies including Cardinal Health, CareFusion and Hospira.

In her new role as CFO at Envoy Global, Simonton will be responsible for managing the company's financial aspects including planning, reporting, tax and treasury. Prior to joining Envoy Global, he served as EVP EMEA for CIBT, a global provider of immigration and visa services for corporations. Frapolli has also held the position of Managing Director in the airlines/airport security business and has helped expand the airline industry into Europe and South America.
In his new role, Frapolli will be responsible for leading Envoy Global's business visa and consular services team as the company experiences increased demand from clients for service-driven and compliant visa and consular services alongside immigration support.
