MCLEAN, Va. & HARRISBURG, Pa. - illiNews -- Itero Group, LLC is pleased to announce Lauren Faig has joined the organization as a Practice Director to lead our Salesforce practice. Lauren is a proven Salesforce thought leader with more than 12 years of experience in department build, process and procedure transformation, software implementations, and systems management. Lauren has held positions as Head of PMO (Project Management Office), Salesforce Practice at The Ksquare Group, and Manager, Salesforce Customer Success at fusionSpan. Lauren has extensive experience in multiple positions within the Salesforce ecosystem, ranging from Management positions to hands-on client experience including Project/Engagement Manager, Client Services Manager, and Business Analyst/System Administrator positions. Lauren attended George Mason University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal Communications and a minor in Business.
