Lake Geneva Cruise Lines Comes Aboard with TRYTN

CHICAGO - illiNews -- TRYTN is extremely excited to announce a partnership with Lake Geneva Cruise Lines, one of the largest and highest-rated tour operators in the state of Wisconsin. Lake Geneva Cruise Lines recently switched to TRYTN from a different provider because of many issues that were faced: slow page performance, complexity of the system, poor customer service, and overall dissatisfaction with the platform as a whole.

With this change Lake Geneva Cruise Lines is utilizing both online booking and reservation management systems with TRYTN. In addition to the reservations management system they are also utilizing Stripe Terminal, an offering for secure credit card readers at all of their ticket booths for walk up reservations. Lake Geneva Cruise is the first tour operator for TRYTN in the state of Wisconsin but adds to the overall markets for both aquatic activities as well as United States-based tour operators.
