ROSEMONT, Ill. ~ Rosemont, Illinois - US Foods Holding Corp. (NYSE: USFD), a leading foodservice distributor in America, has announced that Scott Ferguson, the Founder and Managing Partner of Sachem Head Capital Management LP, will be stepping down from the company's Board of Directors on February 28, 2024. Ferguson has been a member of the Board since March 2022.
In a statement, Ferguson expressed his confidence in the company's progress over the past few years and its potential for future success under the leadership of CEO Dave Flitman. He also mentioned his enjoyment in working with both management and the Board and his excitement for the upcoming Investor Day in June.
