(NYSE: USFD), a leading foodservice distributor in America, has announced that Scott Ferguson, the Founder and Managing Partner of Sachem Head Capital Management LP, will be stepping down from the company's Board of Directors on February 28, 2024. Ferguson has been a member of the Board since March 2022.
