On-demand Talent Campaigns are a new take on recruitment marketing that enables clients to launch customized, branded outreach campaigns in 30 days to drive engagement and interest in open positions without having to implement technology or train users. Clients can now leverage SilkRoad's dedicated team of domain experts and professional services to engage and re-engage passive talent pools based on inflection points or targeted campaigns.
