CHICAGO - illiNews -- SVN Chicago Property Management (SVN PM), a Chicago-based Property Management firm, has acquired the Property Management division of Edgemark Asset Management, marking a significant step in expanding its portfolio and service offerings nationwide. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

For over 25 years, Edgemark Asset Management has built a strong reputation for excellence, applying value-added management strategies to every project. With nearly three dozen assets totaling over 2 million square feet of retail space across Illinois, Wisconsin, New York, and Georgia, this acquisition expands SVN PM's portfolio to 140 full-service management assignments.and over 5 million square feet under management in both multi-family and commercial sectors.

This strategic acquisition extends SVN PM's geographic reach and adds a new office in Oak Brook to complement its existing West Loop location. With this expansion, SVN PM is now well positioned to provide enhanced property management services across new markets and asset types, while continuing to deliver best-in-class service and maximize investor value.
