CHICAGO, Sept. 13, 2024 ~ Chicago, IL - Trading Technologies International, Inc. According to Crain's, the Best Places to Work in Chicago are companies that prioritize creating a positive workplace culture, which is crucial for fostering an engaged workforce. TT CEO Keith Todd expressed his excitement about receiving this recognition for two years in a row, stating that employee satisfaction is a key factor in the company's success.
"We are thrilled to receive this recognition as it reflects our commitment to maintaining a motivated and empowered team," said Todd. "Our employees are our greatest asset and their satisfaction translates into better service for our clients as we continue to expand globally and adapt to the ever-changing needs of the financial markets industry."

In its write-up of TT as one of the 2024 winners, Crain's highlighted the company's long-standing presence in the fintech industry and its dedication to investing in its employees through policies that promote work-life balance and support cultural diversity.
