Crossroads of Chicago is this year's theme by 77 Flavors, benefiting their nonprofit
CHICAGO - illiNews -- Chicago's most anticipated citywide adventure is back! The 5th Annual Chicago Scavenger Hunt, presented by 77 Flavors and powered by eATLAS, returns with an immersive new theme: "Crossroads of Chicago"—a dynamic celebration of iconic architecture and the legacy as the nation's most important transportation hub. The event also marks a major milestone: the 5th anniversary of 77 Flavors.
A signature Chicago experience, drawing in teams to rediscover the city in creative and unexpected ways, the crossroads theme invites participants to explore how all roads, both literal and figurative, lead to Chicago.
"Chicago has always been a city in motion," said Dario Durham co-founder of 77 Flavors. "From its groundbreaking architecture to its role as a national transportation hub, everything is connected. This year's theme brings those connections to life in a way that's interactive, educational, and fun."

Proceeds will support 77 Flavor's mission to turn the city into a classroom where anyone can learn history, culture, and community via curated tours. Through immersive storytelling and hands-on exploration, students are invited to see familiar streets in new ways, building connections to the people and places around them.
Participants can expect curated routes highlighting iconic and lesser-known architectural sites, interactive challenges, food and drink tie-ins from beloved Chicago spots and prizes for top teams. The event is open to individuals, teams, and families. Early registration is recommended.
To participate, download (https://playeatlas.com/#download) the free eATLAS app on your smartphone. 77 Flavors exists to foster a deeper appreciation of place and to combat historical erasure by telling stories that have too often been overlooked. History is not only found in textbooks or archives. It lives in buildings, street names, food, music, and the memories of the people who have been here before us. When those stories go undocumented, entire communities disappear from the narrative of a city. 77 Flavors believes that learning your local history is the first step toward claiming your place within it.
About eATLAS: eATLAS is a mobile tourism app providing "Adventures To Go" through app-guided tours, scavenger hunts, and Town Square games via your smartphone. Each Adventure is built with multiple points of interest, a mix of audio and video clips, geocoordinates, maps, photos, and informative text. eATLAS combines mobile technology with local culture to create unforgettable city experiences. eATLAS is available to download for free from the App Store and Google Play.
