Publisher Paris Ali turned a $2 domain into a water-damage call worth $477.75 by targeting low-population, high-payout markets.
MUNDELEIN, Ill. - illiNews -- Lead Smart Inc, a US pay-per-call affiliate network for home services, is expanding training and support for publishers outside the United States - now a large share of its 10,000-plus registered publishers, concentrated heavily in Pakistan and India.
In August 2026 Paris Ali, an affiliate publisher in Pakistan and founder of Rank Local, a company building rank-and-rent tooling, published a Ringba screenshot showing one water-damage restoration call that paid $477.75 - among the most competitive verticals in home services.
Rather than starting with keyword research, Ali started with payout geography. Rank Local built its own bid-coverage tool on top of Lead Smart's public data and used it to find markets combining low population with high payout per lead, then checked which had weak search results. He registered a fresh .us domain for one to two dollars, built a site, and let it age. The call landed in month two.

"Instead of doing keyword research, the team did location research," Ali wrote. "That tool tells you which area to target that has low population and a high lead value. Simple as that."
WHY THIS MATTERS
Lead Smart pays publishers for generating qualified inbound calls from US homeowners to contractors, and payouts are high: on 11 August 2026 its public payout tool listed net payouts reaching $497.50 for a water-damage call, across 416,715 ZIP-by-service rows in all 50 states. For a publisher in Karachi, Lahore, Delhi or Bengaluru, one such call can exceed what many local salaried roles pay in a month.
"We have publishers in Pakistan and India as sharp as anyone I have worked with anywhere - they simply did not have access to a market that pays in dollars," said Seth Pikus, CEO of Lead Smart Inc. "When someone tells you one call earned more than they usually make in a month, that is a different kind of result than a revenue number."

Lead Smart publishes payout coverage openly rather than treating it as proprietary, so publishers can see which ZIP codes carry high payouts and thin competition before spending anything. It also staffs support through the working day and runs two of the larger pay-per-call communities, on Skool and Facebook.
Lead Smart has been voted a top-three pay-per-call network in OfferVault's Top Networks Survey for seven consecutive years and ranks #6 in mThink's 2026 Blue Book.
