Chun moved to the United States from South Korea when he was 10. After getting his bachelor's degree from UCLA, he secured his law degree from Whittier Law School in Orange County before passing the California Bar. Learning from Tough Cases

Chun relishes handling tough cases because he values challenges and overcoming obstacles. He says they teach him important lessons for work and life.

"Undoubtedly, you gain knowledge and skill working on tough cases. But more importantly, you learn not to give up on people because things are tough. When working on tough cases, you must work closely with your client and your time. Teamwork will lead you to success."

"For several years, I worked at my dad's auto repair shop as a mechanic and manager," he said. "At times, I approach law the way I used to approach fixing cars. You have to know and understand the problem to devise a plan to fix the problem. You also need experience and training to fix the problem. If you are dedicated to your craft and take the hands-on approach, you can one day master your craft."
