Customers can now collect payments, manage authorizations, refunds, and look up transactions through ChargeOn's capabilities for Agentforce.
SAN FRANCISCO - illiNews -- ChargeOn today announced new capabilities to its Salesforce payment processing & orchestration platform, allowing users to manage payment collections, authorizations, and refunds and look up transaction history by interacting with Agentforce. With ChargeOn's agent action(s), customers can collect instant, scheduled, and recurring payments using prompts. They can capture and release funds when needed and refund transactions fully or partially. They can also view past transactions and saved payment methods while ensuring human confirmation for complete control.
Customer payments are handled in one place, without navigating different menus. Funds can be reserved and charged later, refunds issued in seconds without logging into a separate gateway portal, and complete transaction history is available for faster, informed decisions.
Every action stays in control, nothing is charged, refunded, or reversed without explicit confirmation. Transactions automatically reroute if a method fails, eliminating manual touchpoints. Role-based access ensures users only see and do what they're permitted to, within a secure, compliant Salesforce environment, with every transaction synced to Salesforce records.

Agentforce is a digital labor platform for enterprises to augment teams with trusted autonomous AI agents in the flow of work. Customers can build powerful AI agents for any application, workflow, or process and seamlessly integrate them into existing data systems, business logic, and user interfaces so they can anticipate business needs and take action.
Agentforce introduces a library of ready-to-use skills, packaged topics, and actions to get work done, including skills from ChargeOn on the AgentExchange, all grounded on the data and metadata of your org. Agentforce is backed by the enterprise ecosystem of agent skills, enabling partners and customers to extend their Agentforce with custom topics and actions ranging from new agent types to new, partner-built actions.
"With ChargeOn's agent actions, we are not adding AI to payments, we are making sure every transaction that moves is still fully in the customer's control. Speed matters, but trust matters more, and that's why every transaction pauses for a human 'yes' before it happens. That's the balance we built this for," said Vishwajeet Srivastava, CTO & Co-founder, Cyntexa
"ChargeOn's latest innovations are a demonstration of the company's commitment to empowering customers and solving business challenges, helping them to deliver customer success," said Tyler Carlson, SVP and Head of Product, AgentExchange and ecosystem at Salesforce "With Agentforce constantly evolving and expanding, we are excited to see what ChargeOn's customers can achieve on their journey as they realize the value of Agentforce."
