BCD Meetings & Events Introduces Strategic Production Management Offering in North America

CHICAGO - illiNews -- BCD Meetings & Events (https://bcdme.com/) (BCD M&E), has launched Strategic Production Management (SPM), a new offering designed to help organizations manage event production more consistently across their meetings and events programs.

SPM moves event production away from a one-event-at-a-time approach and considers it across an entire program. SPM brings together production leadership, creative support and delivery under a single, more structured model.

The offering has been developed in response to growing demand from organizations that run a high volume of meetings and events. Many are under pressure to deliver more with limited resources, while wanting better visibility into spend and more consistency.
