The completed transactions include:
PHC Corporation of North America, a leading provider of laboratory and medical equipment, leased 91,180 SF at 1300 N. Michael Drive, Wood Dale, represented by Reinier Pranger and Joshua Hearne, SIOR.
Azusa Safety, a distributor of personal protective equipment and safety supplies, secured 8,600 SF at 875 Northpoint Blvd., Waukegan, represented by David Conroy, Joe Shapiro, and Tim Gallagher, SIOR.
Lake Forest LLC, a metal and plastic products manufacturer, leased 8,629 SF (including 200 SF office) at 1605 Dundee Ave., Elgin, represented by Rawly Lantz, SIOR, and Justin Harris.
CarGord Logistics Inc., a freight and logistics services provider, took 7,920 SF (with 1,650 SF office) at 107 Garlisch Dr., Elk Grove Village, represented by Andrew Maletich, SIOR, Matt Garland, and Dustin Albers.

Todd Transit, a transportation and freight company, secured 10,000 SF (including 2,000 SF office) at 619 Thomas Dr., Bensenville, with tenant representation by Maletich, Garland, and Albers.
Wicket Corp, a manufacturer of consumer and industrial packaging solutions, leased 10,661 SF at 221 W. Roosevelt Rd., Lombard, with tenant representation by Maletich, Garland, and Albers.
PHC Corporation of North America, expanding its footprint, added 21,974 SF at 2541 Allan Drive, Elk Grove Village, represented by Pranger and Hearne.
Silver Line Wholesale, a wholesaler of flooring and building materials, leased 16,126 SF at 1057 Shore Drive, Naperville, represented by Garland, Albers, and Maletich.
An undisclosed tenant, secured 37,820 SF at 5400 Roosevelt, Chicago, represented by Frank Melchert, SIOR, and Stevan Arandjelovic.
