CDI Global raises capital for Australian Pharmacy Software Giant

CHICAGO & SYDNEY - illiNews -- CDI Global is pleased to announce the successful capital raise for Corum Group Limited, a public company that specializes in pharmacy and health software.

CDI Global Australia was engaged by Corum to develop the capital raise plan, information memorandum, and identify strategic investors in coordination with the Board of Directors. They contacted potential investors and managed communication with each potential investor to find the optimal fit for the company. The team at CDI managed initial discussions and site visits; having a local presence with global reach was an asset throughout the process. Finally, CDI Global negotiated and finalized the terms and conditions of the investment, resulting in a successful capital raise for Corum.
