CHICAGO, April 15, 2024 ~ Chicago, IL - Combined Insurance Company of America, a subsidiary of Chubb and a leading provider of supplemental insurance in North America, has once again demonstrated its unwavering commitment to the military, veterans, and their families through its Operation Veteran Giveback program. The annual Operation Veteran Giveback program ceremony took place at Combined's Chicago offices in late March. During the event, leaders from the company presented two military service non-profit organizations with a total of $50,000 in checks. This year's recipients were Luke's Wings and Fisher House Foundation.
Luke's Wings is an organization that provides emergency travel for families of ill or injured service members, veterans, and fallen officers during hospital recovery and rehabilitation. They received a grant of $30,000 from Combined. Fisher House Foundation builds comfort homes at military and VA medical centers so that family members can stay nearby at no cost while their loved one is receiving treatment.
