CHICAGO - illiNews -- CostPredict Inc., an AI-powered SaaS tool designed to enhance profitability for real estate professionals, is proud to announce its acceptance into The App Accelerator, a prestigious program run in partnership with Clark Atlanta University's Southeast Regional Center for Entrepreneurship (SRCE). The 15-week accelerator, starting October 9th, is designed to equip non-technical founders with the knowledge, tools, and mentorship required to build scalable, investment-ready tech ventures.
CostPredict Inc., co-founded by CEO Jamie D. Elder and COO W. Isaac McCoy, provides a cutting-edge solution that delivers real-time, precise budgeting to real estate professionals. By leveraging AI-driven analysis of construction material and labor costs, CostPredict's platform helps minimize cost overruns and improve the financial planning of real estate projects. "We're beyond excited to be selected to this competitive accelerator," said Elder. "This program will provide us with the necessary tools and talent required for us to finalize the design of our prototype and launch a full version of the product for our waitlist of customers next year. Software development is a huge barrier to entry for many Black tech founders, so this program is equally important as cash funding for our startup."
The program, combining virtual sessions with in-person workshops, is designed to help CostPredict sharpen its technology and expand its market presence. This collaboration with SRCE at Clark Atlanta University is part of a broader initiative to promote underrepresented businesses and entrepreneurial development at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) across the United States. SRCE serves as a hub for business innovation, supporting entrepreneurs in underserved communities as part of the Howard University-PNC National Center for Entrepreneurship.
