Retell AI provides the underlying voice agent infrastructure. VoiceAIWrapper adds what an agency needs to run that service as its own product: branded client portals on a custom domain, separate client workspaces with access controls, outbound campaigns, client reporting, website widgets and client billing through Stripe.

What the platform includes:

Stripe billing for recurring plans, usage packs and one-time charges, priced by the agency.
No per-minute markup. Retell AI bills voice minutes directly; VoiceAIWrapper charges a flat platform fee.
Outbound campaigns, inbound call handling and client-facing activity reports.
Integrations with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Calendly, Cal.com, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Twilio, Telnyx, n8n, Make.com and Airtable, plus webhooks for call and chat events.
Support for Vapi, ElevenLabs Agents in the same dashboard, so an agency can serve clients on more than one voice AI provider.
SOC 2 Type 2 certification, with GDPR and HIPAA compliance.

The Retell AI white label platform is available now. The Growth plan costs $79 per month and includes five client accounts. The Scale plan ($249 per month, 10 client accounts) and Pro plan ($499 per month, 20 client accounts) serve larger agencies. A 7-day trial is available; a credit card is required and the selected plan begins on day 7 unless cancelled. More than 1,000 agencies have used VoiceAIWrapper to date.
