CHICAGO, July 24, 2024 ~ Chicago's beloved Eli's Cheesecake and J.P. Graziano Grocery, two iconic family-owned businesses, are teaming up to create a mouth-watering treat in honor of National Cheesecake Day. The third-generation bakery and fourth-generation grocery store will debut their collaboration, the Cannoli Cheesecake, on Tuesday July 30th.
The pastry chefs at Eli's have put their own spin on J.P. Graziano's famous cannoli by incorporating creamy ricotta, candied orange peel, and bittersweet chocolate chips into their signature Chicago-style cheesecake recipe. The result is a delectable dessert that is baked on a cannoli crumb crust and topped with mascarpone mousse and a wild Amarena cherry imported from Italy.
For those eager to try this unique creation, Eli's and Graziano's will be giving out free slices in front of Graziano's location at 901 W. Randolph Street in Chicago from 11AM-12PM on Tuesday, while supplies last. The Cannoli Cheesecake will also be available for purchase at J.P. Graziano Grocery, Eli's Cheesecake Cafe (6701 W. Forest Preserve Drive), and online at EliCheesecake.com.

But the celebration doesn't stop there! On Tuesday, Eli's will be spreading the love by giving out free cheesecake all over the city at various locations including Seneca Park, Lurie Children's Hospital, Taste for the Homeless events in Englewood and Riverdale, the Chicago History Museum, and the North Austin branch of the Chicago Public Library. For specific times and locations, follow @ElisCheesecake on Instagram.
In addition to these events, Eli's Cheesecake Cafe will be offering special deals from Saturday July 27th to Tuesday July 30th (excluding Sunday when the bakery is closed). On Saturday and Tuesday, cheesecake slices will be only 44 cents in honor of Eli's 44th birthday. And on Saturday, customers can enjoy Cheesecake Bingo, cheesecake tasting, and take photos with Eli's mascot "Slice". On Tuesday, there will be a Spin and Win Wheel where customers can try their luck and also get a taste of the new Cannoli Cheesecake.
