Mid-West Moving & Storage receives 2024 Best Places to Work in IL

ELK GROVE VILLAGE, Ill. - illiNews -- Mid-West Moving & Storage is pleased to announce they have been named as one of the 2024 Best Places to Work in Illinois. The Best Places to Work competition is a combination survey, study, and awards ceremony established to identify the top employers in the state of Illinois, benefiting the state's economy, workforce, and businesses. This is the first time Mid-West submitted for the recognition and were chosen to be ranked number 6 out of 30 Small (15-99 employees) Companies chosen.  The awards program began in 2006 and is promoted by The Daily Herald Suburban Business.

Businesses statewide participated in a two-phase assessment to identify the top workplaces in Illinois. Initially, they underwent an inquiry regarding their workplace policies, practices, and employee demographics. Next, employees took part in a survey to gauge their overall work experience. The entire registration and survey process, including data analysis and final rankings, was overseen by Workforce Research Group.
