Project Juniper Offers Compassionate Resources and Peer Support for Individuals Struggling with Depression and Emotional Isolation

HOMEWOOD, Ill. - illiNews -- A new nonprofit organization, Project Juniper, has officially launched its website.  Visit  https://www.projectjuniper.org, a safe digital space designed to support individuals experiencing depression, emotional isolation, and suicidal thoughts. Inspired by the story of the prophet Elijah in 1 Kings 19:4–7 and rooted in lived experience, the organization offers practical resources, emotional support, and compassionate solutions to help people feel less alone.

Project Juniper partners with 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and other trusted mental health organizations to connect individuals with peer-led support, awareness, and guidance through difficult seasons.

"This organization was born from a place of personal pain and healing," said the founder of Project Juniper. "We want people to know that even in their darkest moments, there is still hope. There is still life."
